Welcome to Tickfills. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any services provided by Tickfills Inc. ("Tickfills," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.
Tickfills provides a platform that enables users ("Followers") to automatically replicate options trades executed by other users ("Traders") in their linked brokerage accounts. Tickfills acts solely as a technology intermediary — we transmit trade instructions to your brokerage via their official API. We do not execute trades ourselves, hold funds, or act as a broker-dealer.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use Tickfills. You must have a valid, funded brokerage account with a supported broker (currently Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade). By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use Tickfills, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Tickfills connects to your brokerage account through the broker's official OAuth API. By linking your brokerage account, you authorize Tickfills to:
We never store your brokerage username or password. All authentication is handled directly by your broker's OAuth system. You may revoke access at any time through your brokerage account settings or through the Tickfills app.
Tickfills is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. The inclusion of any trader on our platform does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of that trader's strategy.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Tickfills provides risk management tools including maximum position sizes, daily loss limits, and per-trader allocation caps. You are solely responsible for configuring these limits appropriately. Tickfills will make commercially reasonable efforts to enforce your configured limits, but we cannot guarantee that limits will be enforced in all circumstances, including but not limited to system outages, API failures, or rapid market movements.
Tickfills offers a monthly subscription plan at the price listed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@tickfills.com. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically close any open positions in your brokerage account — you are responsible for managing your own positions.
Tickfills displays performance statistics for traders on the platform, including win rates, average returns, and trade history. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any trader's displayed statistics. Trader performance is calculated based on historical trade data and may not reflect actual returns experienced by followers due to differences in timing, fill prices, position sizing, and fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickfills and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tickfills in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tickfills, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
